Took my money

I just downloaded the app because I was Recommended by a friend, but this app is extremely disappointing. I signed up for a free 3 day trial and instead was charged the $24.99 for the year. In another review someone had the same problem and it was reported as fixed when it absolutely was not. I want my money back I didn’t agree to a year subscription nor did I agree to pay for a free trial.

Clear as blue sky

When I use a camera to forward a document, it would always come up with gray shaded areas. With Genius Scan it comes out phenomenally clear and sharp black and white. Compared to printer scanner, the time required to process is fractional and much less involved.

Free trial did not work

I just subscribed to a 3 day trial and it charged me $25 for a full year subscription instead.

Scam

I signed up for a 3-day trial and was charged for the year premium at the same time. I din’t even get a change to check the app out. I am shocked, I deleted the app immediately and raised with Apple Store for refund. £19.99! This is a scam I tell you.

Insta charge

I wanted to try this software out and saw “3 days “ trial basis, after day 1 I uninstalled and unsubscribed and noted I was still charged the buy price.

It may be fine but impossible to cancel

Trying to cAncel and finding it impossible- they don’t make it easy ! Plenty of free apps out there that will do the same thing.

Dear Customer, Thanks a lot for your feedback. You can open Settings on your iPhone or iPad. Tap your name (Apple ID) then tap Subscriptions so that you can cancel subscription.
