Not a good scanner app

This app worked fine the first two months. I tried the free subscription and then got the full year. Well, now, I cannot get things scanned with this app. It’s worthless. It doesn’t work. I’m frustrated every time I use it. I’m writing this review because I contacted them once and got to answer. I contacted customer service trough email again today. I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I cannot get things done. Erase the app guys!
