took my money on the beginning of the free trial - tried to get hold of customer service but couldn’t

Took money from my bank refused a refund and didn’t even subscribe to this . Really really expensive and not happy about this at all .

Paid for pro and quality is rubbish, deleted within 5 mins. Couldn’t read document scanned with iPhone 11 Pro in bright light.

Says you get a trial week for free, but takes the money immediately. Scans are poor quality, blurry.
Just Use Your Camera
Downloaded the app to scan documents into PDF files and it just takes pictures of the document. To top it off I was charged for the subscription and do not have the option to unsubscribe.
Free trial?
I tried to sign up for the three day free trial and the app instantly charged me £4.49 (no indication of how to get this back)
I cant cancel mu subscription
I was charged right away, i also couldnt transform the document into a PDF document. The app doesn't include ways to cancel subscription. I need a refund and way to cancel this subscription which i did not authorise

Absolutely crap, blurry images and it said I can have a free trial but charged me anyway. Absolutely useless and I want my money back.
Do not get!
I did the 3 day trial but got an email saying I was subscribed for $5.99 weekly. I wasn’t able to cancel the subscription through the app. The scans were blurry and not useful. I was able to cancel membership once I got an email from Apple, then pressed “review subscription” and was able to cancel from there.
