Worthless to me
My camera with text capture is more useful. This just puts “scanner pro” in diagonal lines all over your document. Useless.
Awesome app, except new shutter button placement on iPad
A couple updates back, they moved the shutter button to the bottom (from where it had been, on the right). On an iPhone, this isn’t an issue, but on an iPad, it makes it very difficult to use. Previously you could hold it with both hands and use a thumb for the shutter button; now you have to somehow hold it with one hand, trying to steady it, and use the other hand to tap the shutter button. This is darn near unworkable. I have communicated with them, and they have responded, promptly and politely as they always do, and they are considering this issue and are taking time to collect feedback on this issue; so, I ask and encourage you all to do just that - please communicate with them and ask them to put the shutter button back on the right side (on the iPad version) to return functionality that is essential. Once this issue is resolved and functionality returned, I will very happily change my rating to 5 star. Thank you!

Terrific!
I’m not so happy with the same garbage that every application does. Stopping me from using the program to sell me up. Leave me alone I love the scan program , the camera on my phone

Annoying, pushy sub and ai features
This app used to be an easy recommendation, but like everything else these days, the sparkles and subscription features are relentless. Disappointed.

It is so nice to have an app that converts docs to PDF with a photo function. Need need for scanner hardware anymore.

An Amazing, Reliable App!
Scanner Pro has *never* let me down. It has consistently produced sharp, accurate images for me for many years now. It just keeps getting better. I even had the assistant at my doctor’s office make a comment to me about the images of both sides of my health insurance card that I uploaded to their patient portal. She said, “Wow. That’s probably the some of the clearest pictures of their insurance card anyone has ever sent to me.” I said, “I used an app on my phone called Scanner Pro to do it. It makes everything super-sharp and clear. You should try it. It’s awesome!” So, just know that Scanner Pro is so good that you have longtime customers out here spreading the gospel for you! Thank you to the entire team at Readdle for such a useful, reliable, easy-to-use, wonderful app. The improvements over the years have only made it better. Keep up the great work!

Great Scanner!
Once you get the features, this is a wonderful scanner and the new AI detection they’ve added works fall asleep for me.
Not happy with latest update
Since the last update my pages no longer scan the same size. Even though they are the same size. Which to be honest would happen occasionally prior to update. Difference now is when I then manually set them all to letter size they no longer all end up the same size. They don’t change at all from the scanned size. This is very frustrating, my scans are no longer clean and tidy. Please fix.
Still waiting on a fix. When you go to edit to size the sheets you can have the option to select all types of different sizes (letter, legal, receipt, a3, a5, etc) but no matter what you select the size doesn’t change. It still remains the same size you scanned it at. I scan documents to send to customers along with their invoices. I use to be able to make it so everything was the same size & looked professional. Now it’s all different sizes and looks awful.
Not sure what that last update did but it ruined everything!
Developer response appreciated but still not happy, does not bring me peace of mind. I like to be able to see in the app (like we use to) that all my pages are the same size. If I can’t see it before hand I can’t trust it. Great app easy to use, dependable and free.
Always Does the Job
I’ve been using Scanner Pro for a long time now. I’m pretty much ditched my old scanner as soon as I downloaded it. Easy to use always reliable produces great documents. I’m able to connect to my cloud drives easily for saving. It reproduces everything really well & I can save in various formats. Wish I could afford the pro version but for the moment this does everything I need.

Easy, fast scans on the go!
Been using Scanner Pro for several years now, and absolutely cannot live without it for a few reasons… one being in the type of work that I do I never know when I need to send a document quickly to another person that might be in my country might be outside of my country wherever, but Scanner Pro allows me to convert it to PDF easily and send it to wherever I need it to go including myself or in my Google Drive making document organization easier than ever for me personally

SLOW!!!
Of course you can’t contact the developer - still VERY slow to start and not functioning well. Looking for a good scanning app if anyone has a recommendation?
This used to be a great app - now it take 3 to 4 minutes just to load - then it won’t scan until you “clean the lens”. Every time!!! I’m now looking for a new scanning app. This one has become exasperating!!!

Scanner Pro
Scanner pro is seriously an amazing app, the only downfall is that I cannot delete documents. I have tried and I deleted documents I no longer need stored on the app and they are back in the line-up of docs. I have gone into the deleted app section and deleted all but they still come back to the line-up.
