Crashes immediately after a bc scan and when u reopen it refuses to scan unless u rate then crashes , how about -5🌟s

I just bought this and it took me about 5 minutes to install by my door and about 5 minutes to set up to WiFi. Quality seems good and pairing was quick and easy. Alerts my phone and plays back fine. Would recommend for the price.
