Scan asset QR codes (or enter object keys) from your iPhone, run planned audits, and keep your CMDB up to date — without a laptop. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Free Scan — quickly scan any allowed asset and update its inventory date • Audits — run planned audits assigned to you: scan only the objects in scope, with live progress (scanned / pending / left) • Offline first — keep scanning without a connection; results sync automatically when you are back online • Object details — view selected asset attributes right after scanning (when enabled by your admin) • Manual entry — add object keys by hand when a code will not scan HOW IT WORKS • Sign in securely with your Atlassian account (OAuth 2.0) • Your administrator configures schemas, permissions and audits in Jira • Scans update Jira Service Management Assets directly on your site REQUIREMENTS • A Jira Cloud site with Jira Service Management Assets • The "Scannix – Asset Inventory for Jira" app installed from the Atlassian Marketplace • Access granted by your Jira administrator Your data stays within Atlassian: the app talks directly to your Jira site.
