Does not work on iOS 17

It would seem that you should be worned before buying the product that the mobile app is out of date. I’m able to scan, but then get a laundry list of error messages when trying to upload. I would’ve had second thoughts about buying the program if I knew that the app didn’t work.

Absolute bobbins

I have wasted so much money on this and the desktop version. Shockingly bad - honestly don’t bother. Save your money.

The qr reader doesn’t work.

The qr reader doesn’t work. This means that it isn’t possible to connect the phone app to the computer software. I will just import pdfs.

Could not get it to work

My computer would not reconize any of the things I scanned from my phone

Save your money

Camera ‘scan’ ads unwanted space around the score, effectively reducing the resolution. The smallest speck on the page will throw off the interpretation of the music. Syncing with multiple hosts is a pain. Don’t buy this app and don’t buy the parent software; it’s unusable and I spent more time trying to fathom its weirdnesses and correcting its mistakes than I would have done just writing out the score by hand in a DAW. And the music I was attempting to scan was quite clear. I never write bad reviews but this irritated me so much I felt compelled

Good idea, but...

My trial version kept crashing. I tried numerous things which didn’t help and I reported it to the developer with screenshots and copies of sheet music that I was trying to edit. I have received a whole bunch of automated replies, not addressing my problem. I also receive many annoying ads saying “we know you LOVE ScanScore!” Needless to say, no, I don’t love it. You wasted my time, but luckily, not my money.

This app does not work well.

There is no way to import the PDF. I have the PDF sitting on the same computer. Why would I want to print it to scan it? It's just dump.

This software doesn’t work

I tried a trial of this software and I might as well manually type it all in myself with easier software to use like MuseScore. The conversions of the scans only capture about one quarter of the right notes and the rest is gibberish. What a waste of my time.
