About
A visitor management system that is ready for normal day to day visitor registration. It is designed to completely remove the registration book by providing both self-check-in and personnel check-in of the visitor. Scanter comes from the word "Scan" & the word "Enter"
1) Accuracy - There is a high degree of data accuracy & consistency when using Scanter as compared to when using visitor log books.
2) Faster registration process - Instead of the time taken to write down details on all the columns of a visitor logbook, Scanter makes the entire process faster. In less than 30 seconds, a business can scan the QR-Code of a visitor, enter the visitor’s temperature to create a visitation record
3) Visitor Privacy- Scanter hides sensitive visitor personal data from unauthorized access.
4) Data Protection- Scanter works within the Data protection Act (DPA) of 2018 which is also similar to the (General Data Protection Regulation) GDPR. Communication between our client apps and servers is encrypted. We protect Personally identifiable information (PII) of visitors from all unauthorized usage.
