SCAT - Kystverket

SCAT Kystverket is an app used by Kystverket in oil spill operations. The app uses forms based on Shoreline Cleanup and Assessment Technique (SCAT) to collect data about the shorelines during an oil spill. The app works offline, and the user uploads the collected data when an internet connection is available.
