Web and mobile mess

Credentials do not match.
Web created account appears as “not valid” when you download the app on iPhone and vice versa.
It’s unacceptable

No privacy

This is a simple app to get organised, before I could even try the unpaid version I was required to give so much personal information it felt creepy. I’m no privacy extremist but I’m deleting this

Hi SomeSamBird, Firstly, thank you for your review and for trying out Scatterbrain. We are a small team with big ideas and I realise that we fall short in some areas. You have pointed out some key areas of improvement for us, thank you. Our app is entirely free, there is no paid version. We do however ask users to sign in so that we can keep their lists synchronised with all their devices and the web version. Based on your review we would love to give new users the ability to use the app without a log in. This is something we can start working on straight away. Our user's privacy is very important to us. We don't ever want it compromised. We also know that we will need to gain your trust and that will take time. You can also view our privacy policy on our website for additional information.

Better than any to do list I have ever used

Glad that there is finally an app that’s making my professional and person life easier without making things complex. Love the simplicity and a way to show me completed list - cos sometimes I just want to go back and go back to the task and see the comments. Most to do list app do not have this feature . Also loved how quickly it syncs across my devices
