Very fun game that keeps your mind busy
Not much instruction
The game is fun, and I play it to get Fetch points. However, it’s a constant need for energy to advance. There are also Challenge levels with no instruction on what they get you, how you unlock the locked levels, etc. There’s also a random tab on the main menu screen that is just a lock icon. No clue what that is or how it unlocks. It’s kind of annoying that there’s no information available.

Love the graphics and game play. I bought the no add version and yet I still have to spend energy.
I would have paid for just straight seeking play — not worth only playing for three minutes at a time and the wait three hours for energy.

This game is super addictive. I love a good finder game, and the little hidden nods classic stories games and movies are absolutely fantastic.
Money grab
This game hooks you, the ads are long and can’t exit them. So pay 7$ for no ads. Sweet, nope then you run out of energy, now you need to pay for that. So ridiculous! Thought giving it a day break would give more energy, nope!! Pay pay PAY! Not worth the money.

BIG TIME SCAM!
I downloaded it as a part of playful rewards. In order for me to get £8 I had to download the app and open beach map, I have reach and unlock the map, but it’s not updated and it keep saying the same. Plus you get bloody adds every 2 seconds

This game is a scam if you are trying to get points through Fetch Rewards. When I started getting the high point tasks they stopped giving points. I just wasted my time playing and watching annoying ads for nothing. They own me the points from the last 3 tasks.

Cute, but problematic
Don’t bother paying extra to stop ads, because there are many more coming your way if you want to play this game with any momentum/regularity. The game is definitely cute and fun, and is tiding me over until the next Hidden Folks game comes out. However, I don’t like when the occasional lady character have spherical boobs with physics related to bouncing. Also, pretty racist/colonialist imagery of many figures… especially on the “Cruise” level.

Fun but Frustrating
1. I can't find instructions that explain what or how to use ANYTHING. I have no idea how the compass works. What does it mean when all of the sudden "spend energy" pops up? The "hints" before the map opens isn't displayed long enough to read most of them. They mention "casual maps", what and where are those??
2. The amount of energy used is ridiculous. Two & three bolts per find?? If you watch an ad, you'll get 10 bolts and if you're lucky, you might be available to find 3 items with those 10 bolts. With 172 items to find on a map, the $10 that I spent on 300 bolts didn't even last one sitting. At the very least, make it one bolt per item. 🙄
Unless you've got unlimited funds to spend on a game, you might want to sit this one out. I don't mind spending $5-&10 every once in a while for the entertainment but not when that amount is so easily used up in one sitting.
