On opening, the app crashes
After subsequent updates the app has started crashing and only notification pops up.

Using this app is a nightmare. Repeatedly crashes on my iPhone X. Attempts to lodge a complaint are thwarted down. This is despite of a purchased subscription. Giving one star feels like too much. Not even worth that.

When opened app closes itself within few seconds, need to uninstall and install again, this makes the app un-usable
This App Only Opens in Landscape Mode
Dear Team,
Tried all permutations and combinations but for some reason this App only opens in the Landscape mode on my iPad version 12 (16A366).
My device settings have been checked and they are fine, since in all other Apps I am able to switch from Potrait to Landscape and vice versa.
Could you please help with a possible solution or is there a plug-in or newer version available.

Dear Sir, The iPad version is designed to run only in landscape mode. Except the document viewer screen which can be viewed in either orientation. The three panel navigation design has been maintained in landscape to keep it similar to desktop version. Regards
