Used to be good

When I first downloaded it about 4 months ago it was great. Now whenever I try to open it it just sits and spins. It finds the photos that I had marked as favorites but nothing else. Too bad too. It used to have a nice selection. I have deleted and reinstalled and it still just sits and spins.
