good app
good app, can be confusing at times, but i like the dashboard customization feature. i dont need all that jazz. but i do wish i could select all my messages at once and then like mark them as read or delete them. i dont like having to go thru to each one ☹️. but good app overall!
Bad news update
The app just updated and it won’t load anything in the app.
Online deposit
I’ve been a member for 1.5 years in good standing and I still can’t receive 100% credit immediately on my $100 online check deposit. I understand for a large check, but $100?

My Hixson branch has been the kindest, most patient financial institution I have EVER used. Always, every time, for years. Big Ups for branch manager Caleb Baker, the latest and maybe greatest so far. Personal, convenient, loyal, SCCU for the WIN!
Mobile deposit
System is terrible
Not user friendly
Payments I make on my automobile loan using the mobile-app are taken out of my bank account, but remain “pending” and are never processed by SCCU. They even reported my account delinquent for $4.00 to one of the credit reporting agencies after one particular month in which I tried to make a payment using the app. This dropped my credit score 30 points. Dont use this credit union and definitely dont use their shoddy app.

User Experience/Mobile Deposit
Why offer mobile check deposit if your are going to make it complicated to use? I use both Bank of America and TVFCU and neither of them require that you to stand upside down to sign your check and say your alphabet backwards before you can make a deposit!
