Can’t even add the device!!!
Keeps asking for a password to add the device! Trying to reach out and all the contact info say it’s expired

I can’t even get my diffuser added because it keeps telling me I have an incorrect password even though I’ve saved the password.
Does what it needs
Took me some effort to login, which is a bit annoying. But the interface is actually pretty nice and it’s minimal enough to not be intrusive and annoying. Just make sure you set your region to the actual region, or else your produce won’t register.
