Limited Working Function
Only Bluetooth Connection works. Menu options for QR and WiFi are available but neither work. If you intend to control the device remotely get a different device with a better app.
No WiFi
The app does not connect to wifi even though it is is listed as an option. Only Bluetooth works.
Absolutely Useless!!!
As previously stated this app is totally useless in every respect. Makes the diffuser very ‘ordinary’, expensive and not as advertised!
App needs a lot of work
WiFi doesn’t work. Bluetooth works 50% of the time and then disconnects randomly the rest of the time. App is confusing and complicated to set up automatic schedules. I have several WiFi air purifiers and the apps are all simple and effective to set up automatic schedules. Was really hoping for better app. Please fix

Terrible App, Wonderful Diffser
I love the diffuser but the app is basically useless. I have two diffusers so I changed the device names to match the area of the home. Every time I go back to the app, it’s defaulted back to the factory settings name. Please fix.
Flawed and Dated App
Not only does the app look dated but it doesn’t work well. Renaming devices doesn’t work, schedules are limited and the design looks appalling.
Doesn’t work
Unsure why the Amazon reviews for this diffuser are so high when the app is useless. I’m returning the diffuser because of the app - I can only get it to connect via Bluetooth and I have to add the diffuser every time I want to use it.
Won’t connect
The device won’t connect via Bluetooth. Never get a code to connect any other way. I’ve already added my oils to this thing and it won’t work. What a waste of money.
Garbage
Totally useless. Every time it just reports SESSION TIMEOUT no matter what. Cannot connect to the device. Fail fail fail at your jobs. Hire a professional to build your apps otherwise you’re selling garbage. Garbage App. Horrible.

WiFi connectivity doesn’t work
The WiFi connection couldn’t work. The app could only connect the device through the Bluetooth. The diffuser device cannot be effectively operated without connecting to the app itself which is frustrating.

Great concept lagging execution
Great concept but very glitchy. The app doesn’t show the device. I’ve added it multiple times and when I go to add it you can see it listed. Just needs some work.
Best App
I own 8 different diffusers which had me using three different apps. This one is by far the best.
Operating instructions/issues
I agree with the first review given. The app does not work properly and it’s very frustrating trying to set it up. Please update the app and give simple instructions on how to operate machine.
Needs a lot of development
Needs a lot of development. Great for adding multiple devices but you cant assign names to them - the app just reverts back each time you come out of the app..
