Difficult to navigate clunky app. No “lost password” options in Bluetooth connectivity and loses its “remember password” memory. Sign up for new account and fields are in Chinese, no idea what info they need. If you lose your password or it forgets you, it’s basically a worthless app and device only uses this app. For settings.

This app is a failure.
You need to setup the app every time you open it.
App is trash
App will constantly kick you out and make you re login verification slide freezes and doesn’t progress anywhere can’t reset password
Sliders are difficult to get precise
App is ok but the sliders are difficult to fine tune. They should be changed to dials or an option to manually enter values.
Great app
Usually these proprietary at home apps are complete trash. But this one connected both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi seamlessly. And it’s got all the flexibility and features I would want that a lot of other scent systems don’t offer. Took me 10 seconds to get it working and I didn’t even need the instructions, which is also rare. Best part about this, I’ve got multiple homes and I can set up profiles and control all three scent systems on my phone no matter where I am. Kudos to the developers of this app for actually testing your code, and providing reasonable usability.

Other than signup, great product
Great app that allows me to control my machines effectively. Only thing I have an issue with is the signup. Safe product and definitely see the potential for it to be on par with other smart home technology
