Not completely free
It was mentioned in the World Tour webinar today that the Scentsy Connect app is FREE. But you have to pay a monthly fee to use the Project Dashboard feature.
I’m so lost
I’d really like to see a training video on how and what I can use this for. This newbie is clueless.
Awesome follow up
Outside of directly messaging and calling my customers, this app has made things so much more simpler. The only other thing I would like to see is being able to SELECT all of my customers and being able to email them all on any limited time offers and new products coming.
Empty
It does nothing. There is no information just a lot of error notices.

Same problem. It says getting information & then just buffers. Have tried all of the above.

Doesn’t work
Like another reviewer said, I try to log in and all it does is say “Signing you into your account” and then it just sits and spins and spins and never manages to log me in. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and restarted my phone—all to no avail.
App doesn’t work
As many others have pointed out, the app just says setting things up and never actually does anything kind of useless.
Does not open!
Download app, hit open, it says will take a few minutes to gather info. That’s all it does. Been trying to open it for over a week. I had gotten rid of it and started over. Still nothing. It’s garbage.

It says that it may take a few minutes, but never happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling already.

My app didn’t work for a whole week. It doesn’t work half of the time. Most of the time it doesn’t load and send me my notifications super late. Then it says I have a bunch of unfinished task and it neglected to send me most of my task. My advice is don’t waste you time with this app
Setting up account
I downloaded the app. Signed in. It says it may take a few minutes to set up my account. It’s been buffering for hours… I’ve tried for a week but it never sets up the account. Any idea when it might actually work?

It would be nice if some of the photos would be of updated products.
Cannot load
I have tried to delete, reinstall at least 5 times and I cannot it the app to go past setting up my account.
Doesn’t load
I’ve been trying since the all came out but all it does is saying it’s trying to connect and never loads. So disappointing.
Not impressed
I have spent many hours waiting for the app to work and all it does is spin. I bet it would be nice to use if it actually worked
I am not able to email anyone through the app.
