Apple Wallet does not work
I have been trying for months to link this card to my Apple Wallet.
Instructions in FAQs mention “Wallet” and a “+” icon. Neither of these have ever appeared.
So frustrating. Support is useless.

Needs updating
Great to see payment info. Will not allow you to change your account info in the app. Would be nice to be able to login with Face ID.
Terrible
Will not let me log In no matter what. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and it doesn’t work. I can get on my account online just find.
Crappy app
It will not log me in after multiple attempts. Have deleted and added the app several times hoping to "refresh" it but it doesn't help. Needs work.

I don't know why it does not sign me in. I am putting the correct password and Id ,but keeps saying it's wrong. Will be deleting!

Won't let me login. All my info is absolutely correct. Hopefully this app can get its bugs fixed-I'd love to be able to use it. 😳

Useless
I have downloaded, deleted, and downloaded countless times. I can't even log in! I have no problems logging in online, but this app just won't take my consultant ID. I even called scentsy and they said there was nothing they could do because the ID and password I am entering are correct. Fix your bugs!!

Lets me login and view my information but the cash out NEVER works. Re-vamp and this app will be awesome.
Not working for IPad !
My iPad is set up like a laptop with a keyboard so it sits on its side in the case. The scentsy app doesn't rotate! So needless to say, you have to use the iPad upright in order to use this app. Other then that i tried to sign into my account and it said it couldn't load. So all in all I'm deleting it because its a waste of space... And its a very good thing that I didn't need to pay for it!

Unable to use
This App is pointless. Can't sign in, there is no FAQ for the App, and it seems to be a payment portal only; not for viewing catalogs and shopping. Waste if time, deleted after download. Come on Scentsy we can do better than this.
Good for payment only
It seemed like this app was for payment only, maybe I just though wrong but I was hoping for an actual app. Oh well, at least I got my payment arrangements taken care of! :)
