Complete garbage

could not log in register nothing on the crap, how can you expect to get a good education from these people when they cannot even write an app to get inside of your stuff COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!

Scf crashing when picking profile pic

Everytime when I pick a profile pic on my phone it instantly crashes on me. The rest is fine

Old ratings making it look bad

I cant speak for how the app used to look/perform but, there are many cool features; I tapped around on everything- everything worked just fine. Clean UI as well.

My favorite features are:
1)The map showing you where EVERY building is, super cool...new student approved
2)The fact you can sign yourself in to seek advisory/financial aid etc etc
3)Dashboard/Canvas/AND banner.
4)Class schedule, pay for classes
5) Access student email IN APP.

The app really has nearly anything you could think to use.

Garbage

The app is garbage. You can’t send emails because the ‘send’ button is constantly covered by the scf banner that doesn’t allow you to hit send. You constantly have to re-login to everything on the app, even though it asks if it wants to keep you signed in. Please fix this app so it can actually be useable or just delete. 0/5 stars

502 Error code won’t let me login.

Can’t login to site just goes straight to a 502 error code.

Not that bad

The app is very easy to navigate, the only thing wrong with it is that it’s very slow

Terrible

I used to love using the SCF website. It was user friendly and it had everything right at your finger tips. I’m not sure why they decided to change the online website and the mobile app. It’s absolutely terrible. Online website is hard to use and the mobile app doesn’t work. Can’t see grades or email. No reason to have it on my phone so I just dumped it.

If I could log into this app. Will change rating once fixed. I know I am typing my credentials in correctly.

Not able to login

Since the update, I can’t login anymore. I have to go through the website to get all the information I’m looking for.

Can’t even use the app

Won’t let me even sign into my scf account. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, but I just signed into canvas on my browser fine.

Won’t let me sign in

I used to use this app a lot especially the map and it used to work but all semester it says incorrect username or password but i’m typing the CORRECT username and password! Very frustrating.

Sign in not working

This app used to be very helpful and fast, but this semester I can’t even login. Others have reported the same issue, so I hope it gets resolved soon.

Just wanted to let you know that we are getting ready to launch an updated version of the app that corrects the log in issue.

Can’t sign in

I currently cannot sign in, even using my correct info. I use the same username and password as I would on my computer and the app doesn’t let me sign in. Please fix this!

Won’t let me sign in.

I have not been able to use this app since updating always tells me my password is incorrect but yet I’m able to log in on every other device.. 🤔

Wont let me even sign in

I love this app, it helped me so much but they recently updated the system or something and now I can't even log in?? Says my username and password is incorrect but let's me sign in on the website. Even when I changed my password it says it was still incorrect on the app? Idk how to fix it

Doesn't work

The app is so buggy it hardly ever works. It won't let me log in sometimes, and if I do manage to log in it closes the app. You can not use many of the functions, and the help desk is no help. Many of the pages are not formatted to fit phones.

Sorry to hear you were having trouble with the SCFMobile app. We have recently upgraded our sign in process and that in turn altered some app functionality. Please try again and let me know if you're able to get in. Access to Canvas, Grades, and Courses should all be working now.

Problems logging on

Wish the school would fix their screwup. I talked to the help desk at SCF on 22 Mar 17. The guy at the help desk said they know of the problem and was told to use the website instead.

Can't see my grades?

I used to be able to see my grades for each term, now I can't see any of my grades at all for any semesters. Fix this please. This app used to be so useful now it has features that don't even work.
