Poor app, bring back the old one
I agree with other reviewers: this app doesn’t provide the things I need: namely snow reports, weather.
Utterly pointless and useless
I am an existing ski club member and couldn’t even get past the login on the app yet I already have a login for their web-based pages

Meanwhile: Old app still active, but doesn’t have any Data in it. This one rejects my credentials.

Completely pointless or absolutely completely pointless?

Best to get rid of this app as it makes us want to cancel membership of SCGB
Not sure what this app does?
It doesn’t seem to do anything apart from allow somebody to post pictures.
No weather, no ability to search for other members who may be in the same resort as you, doesn’t list the meeting points, basically doesn’t support any of the good stuff the club does.

What a waste of time
One of the most pointless apps I have come across and a major step down from the old app.
1. Why do you have to create a new account, and can’ use your membership credentials? Very poor UX.
2. The old app provided weather conditions in the palm of you hand.
3. I understand desire to have members be able to communicate in the resort bit don’t believe this is the highest value feature that actual members would want from the app.

Non members can’t view the weather
Not inviting as you have to be a member to view it. I only wanted to see the weather and consider a trip with the ski club. I’ll look elsewhere.
Of course the login works - use your brain
Useful for chatting with other members.
As explained clearly in the sign up email, the login is different to the website. You just need to set up an account which is automatically approved based on the email the ski club holds

Weather etc
Does this replace the old App which provided weather, snow conditions, web cams etc. Covered more resorts than the Groups available on this one.

It won’t recognise my log in details. Ive kept trying over the last week but to no avail!

For anyone saying log in doesn’t work please re-read the email SCGB sent whereby it states do not open the app once downloaded, and instead select the sign up option (on iOS this involved scrolling through a few screens), fill out your details - and bingo, all works fine. Thanks
Complete waste of time
I have no interest in some Facebook type app for the mountains. I simply want, on my mobile, useful resort info and snow conditions. Hopefully, soon, this will be supplied in advance of resorts opening?
In places, for some lucky people, skiing continues.
But I looks as though, under new management, the Ski Club’s IT offering may be as inadequate as before. Membership costs have, natch, gone up.
Please try again, and next time ask members what they want.

Can’t log in
Same problem as the other reviewer: can’t log in with my SCGB credentials
Login not working
Can’t login. Password works on website but not app even after reset. Pretty basic stuff ski club come on do some testing before releasing it.
Useless
Can’t login through the app. Currently easier to just go through the website...
Logging in
To login, despite being a ski club member, one still needs to go through the registration process. Once this has been done, then your app profile that has been created is linked to your ski club account.
Login not accepted
Login details that are correct and work on websites are not accepted. No email reset works either.
