Does ANYONE EVEN USE THIS APP?

…or is it only our agency. This app has been down for 2 weeks. Seems like pen to paper is more sufficient. Continuously get the round circle of death and a frozen page.

The initial log in saves your email info but not our password details? Makes no sense. Most apps and organized systems are pretty efficient now at days. This one seems like it’s from the 80’s. I wish our agency would change companies.
