Schedule Drop has been an awesome software for my cleaning business. It was built by another cleaning service for businesses like mine which means they know exactly what us service providers need. Because of SD I’ve been able to give my customers a professional interface and workflow to book jobs, keep track of money, view all my bookings in one place, get my providers to sign documents, get cards on file, and a lot more. Way more professional than “I got you booked!” Via text. Customers can also create a login to view and submit service change requests. I actually got in kind of early when they first launched everything so I’ve watched them build this thing to where it’s at today and it keeps getting better. Think booking koala but without the learning curve and complexity. This software is minimalist which helps us integrate and apply our day to day quickly and easily. As with any software there’s always bugs and issues but they’ve been super quick to fix them and communicating with them is also extremely easy. Thank you guys I look forward to the updates and additions you have in the works!
