Waitlisting
The waitlist feature is nice. However it would be better if you got a push notification to your phone if you got in, instead of an email.
It would also be a nice option to allow you to cancel at anytime, knowing you will not get a refund if after a specific time. If you aren’t going to show this allows for others to attend

Functional and clear
I use this app regularly and it is simple, easy and user friendly.
Does not work ?
It simply does not work. I bought the credits and can’t book without paying again. I’ve used numerous apps similar to this without issue. Frustrating, because in the meantime, the spots are filling.
Wish I could give a negative star rating.
Straight up doesn't work. Stuck on the first screen. Clearly not built to accommodate phones with larger screens. Very very hard on the eyes.
