Crashes DAILY
My employer switch to this app.. I’m assuming bc it’s a 1 cent a yr. I literally have to delete the app and reload almost daily bc it’s a blank white screen when you open the app. Every1 at my job keep requesting them to switch apps. The way you view available shifts is awful. And don’t let it be a 5week month it will flip your schedule upside down.. IDC if it’s free don’t frustrate and anger your staff with this app.

i hate this app
for what it is. It gets the job done and I get to see my shifts. But on the other hand it basically blue screens everyday and I can’t just restart the app. (That would be too easy!)

Can’t login
Reset my password and I can’t login with my email and password. When I try my username it also fails. How am I supposed to see my work schedule?
That schedule popped and not in a good way!
I don’t want to say it’s the dreadful system for scheduling ever….but I am sure there is another program that some 9th grader has put together that may be similar or more useful (maybe go to local high school student and ask for help to improve this). Even a spreadsheet would be more efficient. This app lacks speed, sometimes at night it can take 20 minutes to load a daily schedule if it even works at all, numerous glitches, making changes to the schedule causes bouts of stress and anxiety. It is harmful to my mind. Just amazing at how it doesn’t perform.

Constant issues, not ready for a large corporation and our needs. Wish we would have never switched to this system.
Not what you’d expect
It seems by the other reveiws that you guys are fond of the app. I cannot agree. I switched over here from an app that has a built in chat, you’re able to see all of you co workers, who’s working what day and when, & notifies you before your shift. This app does almost none of that. The schedule itself is extremely confusing for some reason i can see open shifts IN MY SCHEDULE? there’s no chat to communicate with co workers. It seems like the app would be up to date with the colors and the name and have much more resources but no. It doesn’t. Don’t switch your team over to this especially if they RELY on a scheduling app for ex; care facilities!

I work in an assisted living place and the comps started using schedule pop. I hate it, it’s confusing to use, hard to read , and very frustrating to use. I recommend this not be used in care facilities where it is essential to have staff there . Somebody shouldn’t be able to swipe and not come to work. Totally messed up app

I have done the same. Deleted downloaded deleted downloaded, I can’t log in. It takes me straight to white screen. Please help!
