Update ruined app

Ever since they changed the bus schedules in august of 2025 the app stopped showing any stops and now i don’t even use it anymore because its not useful.

Accurate times but awful implementation

The app shows accurate arrival times, but is slow, and usually requires me to restart the app 3-4 times before it will actually load a specific station, or for the search function to work at all. I now just use the website instead, much faster than the app

Accurate real time locations but has issues

For the most part I’ve found the real time bus locations to be pretty accurate, at least more accurate than most other transit apps I’ve used. It’s nice to get a better understanding of how far a bus is to my stop. However, there are some issues that prevent me from using this as my primary app for checking bus schedules/locations. For example, bus locations for the 27 to Emeryville Amtrak for some reason only show the buses going to El Cerrito, not Emeryville. Since I’ve started to use the 27 a lot its been a deal breaker and decided to just stick with the Transit app instead of this one.

99 and 210 are always late. at 5:06pm.

Please have these two routes to run on time. They’re always late. The ace train departs at 5:06pm and I miss it due to your buses not arriving on time. What’s the schedule for d you can’t honor it.

The time estimates are mostly accurate. Occasionally no bus arrives when it schedule says it is supposed to. It would be great if riders were given notice that the bus we are waiting for is not coming.

Better than the official app

I didn’t even know there was an official AC Transit app because i’ve been using this one for so long. I tried the official one and it was extremely confusing to navigate and was really buggy. Despite this being unofficial it’s very user friendly and gets the job done a lot better.

appreciate this app! most people I know use the AC Transit App, but I find that this app is more accurate and up to date on bus location and times.

Always at this time. The buses are not punctual. And when they are there, they go in another direction and do not pass by where one is at the bus stop. And they end up leaving from the other block. Because they are always late or because they do not want to go around picking people up. These people are even lazy for that. It is better that they stay at home and hire people who do want to work.

Thank you for your review! As much as I would like, I sadly do not have any influence over AC Transit operations. I simply access their real time data and attempt to present it in the best way possible. However, I am flattered that you believe I have such influence over operations! As a bus rider myself, the system runs quite well, but there is always more that can be done to make it even better.

Stopped working two weeks ago

Great app very clean & easy to use until it now crashes on opening. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted phone etc w/o success. Any ideas appreciated.

Can’t open the app

I can’y enter the app, I’ve tried multiple things like restarting my phone, making storage for my phone, deleting and installing the app again and nothing works. I’ve seemed other methods of help but nothing seems to work, please help me fix my problem or fix the app.
