Very unstable. Slow and inconvenient

Needs more development
Two main things make this app a hassle to use:
1) It doesn’t always detect the correct floor I am on when using the widget or Siri to call an elevator.
2) The app signs you out within a day or two by default. This becomes very inconvenient when my hands are full and I’m in the basement parking garage where I do not get any signal from cell towers, nor is there any WiFi down there. If I did not have my access card on me as well, I would have been stuck many a time. Love it if they could extend the lifetime of the with token to like 90 days or even 30 days.

Keeps nagging for feedback
The app keeps asking in an intrusive way for me to give feedback. I don’t want to give feedback, I just want to call the elevator.

Cannot receive OTP to login
I cannot use the Schindler elevator operated by this stupid app !! Cannot receive the OTP to open the app. Guess i ll take the stairs. Thank you Schindler for providing elevators no one can use !!
