Terrible App
Terrible app. Zero info on the home page. The event info has basically nothing. It tells me the time of my race but not the location. Technology is supposed to make things easier but in this case it’s done the opposite.

Cannot see the display
I have removed and downloaded the app several times but still cannot see the entire display. And I have not been able to find the screen for making appointment for collection of runners’ pack, and I also cannot see the screen which I can find the runner’s guide.
I wonder if the bug cn be fixed ASAP.

Has this been been tested before release?
I followed the registration steps and wasn’t able to see the runners pack collection menu that my friend can see on his app. I’ve tried reinstalling 3 times and can’t log in. If you fail to log in when given the chance, there’s no way back, but to reinstall. I’m assuming I can just turn up to collect my runners pack without engaging with this nonsense?

Report the problem to the organiser. Received a recommendation, I removed the App and reloaded again via the recommended link. The problem does not fixed. Only the upper part is shown. The lower part has boxes in the middle line.

I think this is a privacy issue, not just a simple bug
