Every time I get a notification or phone goes to sleep it disconnects. Can’t rewind. Overall not a great experience.

Apple TV version is horrible
Please fix the Apple TV version of this app. Constantly pulling up side panel, absolutely no useful fast forward or rewind and no way to toggle between apps without the app refreshing. Please please please prove this.
Casting issues
Constantly having issues casting from my phone to my home TV. Multiple glitches. Absolute trash when trying to stream.
App support very bad
Overlay access controls not functional during the stream since the beginning - AppleTVOS. Have been dealing with support for weeks. Their support CRM is atrocious. Emails galore of wanting to close the support ticket without fixing the problems. Crane and Tillman should see my Email threads. Surely not representative of their quality. Decided to live out my retirement without the Astros and Rockets. Deleted the app.

Clunky and unstable
I don’t know that I’ve watched a game without having to log in more than once. It also has a knack for freezing at the exact wrong moment. Fix the bugs, please.
Finally on to the 21st century
Searching for a while to watch the Astros on a non contact basis. Adios cable!

Glad we have SCHN+, but the app needs work.
It’s slow and unresponsive. There’s no rewind or replay, which should be table stakes for a sports app. Navigation is confusing, and it will sometimes not let you select an option or move between screens the way every other streaming app does.
This feels like a version 1 that shipped before it was ready. It needs real stability and usability improvements.
Houston is home to HP and plenty of other serious tech companies. We should have a better app than this to watch our teams.

Needs big improvements
Reviews I’ve been reading are basically people saying they’re happy they have a dedicated Astros and Rockets app. Don’t get me wrong I love that, but let’s be real the app is just horrible. The user interface is lacking and the rewind is atrocious.
This app sucks
It’s like a toddler designed this thing. It hardly works no matter the Internet strength and when I’m ALWAYS in the service location, it says I’m not. And yes, VPN is turned off.

This app usually fails around the 7th inning. Then I haft to restart it if I want to see the end of the game. There have been times where the broadcast will cut to a chain of advertisement in the middle of an at bat. This need some work on it. Doesn’t appear to professional work.

They say you can watch from anywhere, what they don’t tell you is you have to be in their territory to watch from anywhere.

Volume!
Can yall fix the volume fluctuation please! It’s annoying. For any reason you mess with the app the volume goes down, even when you try to turn the volume up it goes down. The hell? How does that even work??!!
