Still no updates ?! App very laggy , not enough features
Good, but what about fuel discount link?
This app makes it so convenient to access our assignments. The most obvious thing that would make this better is if we could have a link in this app to the fuel discount page and fuel prices for the operating centers.
Needs improvement
If the app is working as it should, it’s fine. Problem is, in my case anyway, I can not book loads from my iPad while having no issues doing so on my iPhone. Tech support has indicated they’re aware of the problem, but have no answers.
Additionally, I periodically have to delete the app and re-download it in order to get it to work. Considering this app is the livelihood of the ICs at Schneider, it’s very frustrating.

Updates ??
At what point will any updates happen ? The use of the app is helpful but there are many things that cannot be done. If I can update my NAT / NAL why can’t update my est arrival times ? I’m forced to wait until I’m near my tablet to update to correct the god awful times the computer generates ! It’s a big hassle. Bad enough stuff pops up and leaves so quickly. I don’t want to fight a failed transit time to pick the next load.

Cannot edit start date for a search
A few days ago lost the ability to edit the start day of a search. The search starts from 21 days ago and there's no way to change it. Why would anyone want to search from 21 days ago to now? I don't want to dig through a lot of out of date loads that were supposed to pick up a week ago and are impossible to get now!!!

UPDATE THE APP PLEASE!
It’s been 3 years since you have update this app. With technology constantly changing, it is necessary for apps to be update on a regular basis. If you don’t update apps then the app starts to have problems and does not work correctly the way it was intended to work. For me as an IC, it is important that the app works correctly with minimal problems. Right now, as it sits, every time as soon as I assign shipment, it closes the app out and does not assign it. I have lost many loads to other driver due to this problem. I have an iPad Pro 2nd generation. 14.3 software version. Please fix it! Thanks!

Worthless
As the title reads “WORTHLESS”. I Schneoder would hire techs that aren’t 3rd rate maybe their apps and tech devices would be worth a crap.
Most of the time this app is non responsive. Just like SCNN support shift.

Mobile site was better in browser
I used tabs when using my mobile browser. Worked great! No such functionality in this app. If I want to see if there is freight where a load is taking me, I have to back out of that search and enter a new one. If there is freight at the location I want to go,I then have go back and enter the original search and hope the load is still there. USELESS! In most cases I will be using my laptop now. Wouldn't even put this app on my phone if I didn't have too.

Total Disaster
How can you work on it it’s total disaster can’t open several windows and always open through App Store what is wrong with this.... It do not deserve even one star....
Useless app
If I could give it 0 stars I would. App does not work for its purpose of booking loads, every time I hit assign the app just crashes and it requires me to log in again. Also you can’t have multiple pages with different locations for a speedier access and quality of life when searching/booking freight. If something is not broken, don’t bother trying to fix it. No one asked for this app. It’s slower than the browser application as well.

It’s just the mobile site
I hate this app. It’s nothing more than the mobile site. It doesn’t do anything the mobile site didn’t already do. Wouldn’t use it if I wasn’t being forced to.
Don’t work
I’m IC and have never been able to use this app even the info that I introduce is correct, always I’m redirected to oracle website and said something it’s wrong, but it’s not.
Easy to view work assignments
This app is a lot faster than the website and just as easy to use to book my load. It a lot works great on my iPad.
