Can’t reset password
I need to reset my password !
I go to the login page and press reset password.
I enter my email address, when it is requested
Then a message appears ‘an email has been sent to your email address with instructions on resetting your password’
But then nothing happens and have never received that email (not in spam either)
Can anyone help?

Don’t bother installing
You can’t place an order without creating an account which is a pain, but what made me delete the app and go elsewhere was the requirement to allow constant and invasive email & text advertising when creating an account. Shows a real lack of respect to customers.
I never received an order and still haven’t received a refund
It’s in the title. Over a week and I can’t get a response from Schnitz and Uber Eats are telling me they refunded Schnitz and they need to now refund me. Can’t get ahold of anyone at Schnitz. Do not use - I won’t be anymore.
Used to be good…
This app used to be very good but recently it was ‘updated’ to change the look and feel but unfortunately it’s not as slick & easy to navigate as before.
Also, the pay by multiple methods is not working. I can’t use my Schnitz points/credits and Apple Pay for one order. Since my credits aren’t enough to cover the full cost of my order, I can’t use them. On the previous version, it worked perfectly. Please fix this!

New update is garbage
The new update has ruined this app. Literally cannot put an order through. It’ll either fail to put the order through, or take the payment and not notify the restaurant. It’s absolute garbage, and don’t get me started on how long it takes to load. Quicker to order food on Ali Express and receive it in time.

Schnitz get your money back from App manufacturer
Doesn’t search Sydney stores very well. Defaults to Melbourne. Even if you only order in Sydney. Can’t see cart from first screen … so if you leave something in cart have to go through process again to order. Useless. Losing sales as it’s too hard to use.

UPDATE CANT CREATE AN ACCOUNT BECAUSE MY NEW NUMBER HAS BEEN USED AT SOME OTHER TIME IN HISTORY BY SOMEONE ELSE. What a joke lol

App not working
I can no longer login, it doesn’t recognise my email and password and when I try and ask for a new password, no email is received.
DONT UPDATE
Just updated the app to find my account details have been deleted, and the app does not detect the store I know is 150m away.
I’ve lost my order history and any rewards cash I had against my account.

New app seems broken
What happened to the app? I can’t login it won’t accept my password. Can’t reset the password. None of the Schnitz locations show on the map if you skip login. Seems like a new and broken app?
The verification link does not work
The verification link does not work. The chips here are really good though. I’m on an Apple iPhone if that helps. It’s one of the older versions.

Can’t join up as the verification text message you receive doesn’t appear to update.
This business promotes a reward program and member discounts but you can’t access them if you can’t join up. Very frustrating.

Not useable
Tried to create an account and it kept coming up with an error message but without saying what was wrong. Just kept pressing submit until it decided to work. Then tried to order and it said I needed to verify my account but every time I clicked the link sent to my phone it just took me to the app but I still wasn’t verified.
Only wanted the app as the orders take too long for my lunch break.

It’s not working. Can’t verify. No text sent to my phone number
Hi, I recently signed up and wanted to use the offer but it’s asking me to verify and I did try to verify but no text was sent to my phone number. And then my gf also tried to sign up but couldn’t verify the phone number, same problem, no text given to complete the verification. Please fix it

No text opt out
Tried to register and got an error saying I hadn’t filled in all the info. Went back and realised it was because I’d unselected the boxes for receiving both emails and texts of promotional stuff. I’d rather pay the $6 I’d get off a burger than get hounded by garbage messages.
Not giving my phone number
I only wanted the app since my order is a bit complicated and staff have trouble when you ask to remove things. But the app demanded my phone number. I’m not giving them that, any time I’ve given my number to an app I get spam calls soon after. Gave a fake number, but app won’t work without verifying via text. Went elsewhere instead. You don’t need my phone number.

Unable to order
I couldn’t actually make an order through the app, it kept telling me I needed to be a “verified customer”, even after signing in with an account that works just fine on their website. I sent a support ticket, but got no response.
Only good for ordering…
Selecting a pickup time is pointless, because they don’t start making anything until you arrive.
Problem with ordering chips
Great app to but tried to order fries but was only given the option to order sweet potato fries. Guess it was trying to tell us to be more healthier 🤣
