No notifications coming through!!
I was getting notifications on my phone for this app whenever the school uploaded something. Suddenly out of the blue 2 weeks ago the notifications stopped and I have to manually go into the app to check if a message has been sent to the school. Have contacted support, they’re useless and won’t help at all! Other parents experiencing same issue but they won’t look into it. None of my settings have changed either and all correct notifications settings are turned on. What’s the point of the app if you’re not alerted on your phone when a message has been sent from the school?!

Cannot clear message notifications and no way to contact
I cannot clear the push mortification alerts on the app, and there is no way to contact the developer or report a problem thought the app or the website??!!
Notifications bugged
Great app but still seeing no improvement on removing the notification icon on the app screen when all messages have been read and opened.
‘A Data Problem Occurred’
I have tried for months to get access to this app, but everyone I use the code with my phone number I get the same error message ‘a data problem has occurred’. Spoke to support and so has the school. No help
Does not clear message alerts
Same as others have said. Always a message alert on, can’t clear it and have missed several proper school alerts as a result. Rang school and asked them to change app due to bug but unfortunately they can’t. GET THIS THING FIXED!
Constantly shows notification even when message is read
The app constantly shows a notification pending, even when cleared. I’ve tried uninstalling, new link up code, nothing works. It even happened on a new phone number.
Therefore the app is pretty useless, as you eventually ignore the constant notification symbol and potentially miss messages sent from school.

Constant message notifications
Why am I getting a ‘1’ notification for messages at all times? I read a message and it still tells me I have a notification? Please fix the glitch as I’m checking it for school messages 20 times a day!!

Useless app, you can’t open messages every time you want. Rarely able to read them
It’s fine but…
The badge does not clear when I’ve read a message. Why hasn’t this been fixed yet???? It’s clearly been an issue for literally months.
Notifications issues
Notifications not clearing. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app and the red dot still shows. I can see that there are reviews from over 12 months ago with the same issue. They’re obviously not in a rush to fix this. I have had trouble with this for 5 months.
Pointless
The notification red dot permanently from the minute I downloaded the app. No notifications come through to my phone and now I haven’t actually receive a message since the end of last month. I have no idea what going on at school. I hope schools don’t pay for this service.
Annoying notification glitch!
The notification doesn’t clear after new messages have been read. Obviously been reported for a long time now but nothing being done to fix the issue. Poor performance.
A waste of time
One of the most annoying apps a school could choose, so basic yet the developers still can’t get it right. Can’t delete old messages, all messages are read but the red notification dot doesn’t clear. We use ParentMail for another school and it’s much better.

Been waiting weeks for this app to sorted I got link up code from Childs school and keeps saying error message problems with app and server I’m up to date on software and uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing
Warning to schools
Don’t buy into this service until the app gets some attention. Reviews after review about accessibility issues, persistent notifications that won’t go. If you are buying into scholar pack hoping parents will take it up, then they won’t if the app isn’t functional.
The last update to the app was 7 months ago. None of the updates have fixed persistent issues. Take a look at the dev responses. What do they say? Nothing. That’s right, because there’s not a lot of care. I hope I saved you a bob. School budgets are tight. Kids are first, forget tickboxes to please ofsted. Thanks for being a school. You amazing teachers bring in the future.

New message notification bug
New message notification badge never disappears! Updating the app and restarting the phone doesn’t solve the issue. Very misleading and I sometimes miss messages from school! It’s been like that for ages and has not yet been addressed. I think it’s VITAL for this issue to be fixed asap!

As others have said, it always says there’s a notification even when there isn’t. I end up missing messages all the time- so super annoying.

Always showing an unread message even though I’ve read them all. Not ideal when you think the school might have contacted you and you look and see there’s nothing actually there! Please sort this it. It must only be some form of update surely.
