I was excited but doesn’t work

This might be because I don’t live in the US but it whole app is blank nothing shows under any of the headings. I was excited for this I have a 1st grader and she is learning to read and I know she already likes some of these shows. Not sure if it’s an app problem or where I’m located.

This was was working great loved it has the magic school bus and goosebumps. However now the app is buggy and half the content on there don’t play.
