OTP for password reset not working
Buggy app. I am trying to reset my password for quite sometime. I am not getting the OTP to my mobile.
Notifications Don’t Work?
The app works well overall, but announcement notifications don’t come through even though notifications are enabled. I have to manually check the app every time to see new announcements. Please add working push notifications for announcements so users get alerted when something important is posted.
Too buggy
This app is a total joke. No matter whatever you do, this app never shows up any notifications. What baffles me is the unresponsiveness of the developer to fix it even after numerous feedback from users on the same issue in App Store

Download this app if you want to have headaches and constant nightmares your children won't be able to access the app and they will miss their homework or many more.
Notification not working
Even after reinstalling the application and enabling all notifications in the settings, I am still not receiving any notifications for announcements or messages. I have to manually open the app each time to check for updates from the school. Could you please look into this issue and resolve it?
Notification issued and app Lagging
I am writing to report a persistent and unacceptable failure regarding notifications. Despite numerous app updates, this application consistently fails to display any alerts on the Home Screen or Lock Screen.
• The Issue: No push notifications are being delivered, even though internal app alerts exist.
• The Impact: As parents, we are missing time-sensitive school communications.
• The Expectation: Basic notification delivery is a core requirement for a communication app. If this fundamental feature does not work, the app is not fit for its intended purpose.

Does not support 2 profile switch
My children have the same app used for their respective standards. Previously we could easily switch profiles to see their respective updates but this version it’s not possible to switch profiles even after logging out.

Worst App Update
This app is used by my son’s school for all communication and education purposes.. It was working okay before the last update. After the last update this app has become a headache.. Me and my husband both use iPhone & we both are unable to download anything from the app that school has given.. No attachments open, don’t get any notifications for homework/notice which school provided in the app.. It would be great if necessary action can be taken immediately by the app owners to make this work properly..

Horrible app
Simply do not understand why schools choose this app. Even basic features are missing or do not work, like forgot password. I hope school has evaluated the security and privacy features.

Worst School App
One of the worst school app i have ever seen. Every time you have to close and reopen to view an announcement and the app response time is very slow. Not sure why Shishya BEML uses this app, the previous one was far better

App is not working , not able to login also when use forget password option not getting msg about login credentials . Very disappointing.
