Annoying
It would be a great app if the notification number on top of the app worked, mine stayed on 2 for about a year so had to keep checking manually, then changed to 3, eventually deleted app and started again as I couldn’t see when the school put new notices up. See how this one goes??

The notifications don’t clear even if you’re able to keep up with the deluge of items that keep being sent.

Great app overall
The app is very useful. The only downside are the phantom notifications (ones with no actual posts) which can easily be cleared.
App security?
How is this app allowed to function with core data and information about the movement and events of school age children "minors" without the presence of an authentication or security measure protecting it? Is this a school decision or not a feature supported by the app??
Not working
App won’t open, just stays on opening screen… bit difficult with remote learning happening!
Notification
The app is handy and easy to use but I cannot get rid of the notidication indication even though I've checked all news. It always indicate there is 1 message I have not read, it is quite annoying....please get that fix, thanks.
Need to be able to auto fill
Or save personal and payment details or link to iPhone auto fill.
No Push Notifications
Don’t get any notifications, which means I miss out notices published by school, unless I open the app and search for any notifications. I already checked the notification settings they are On.
Keeps crashing and can’t read covid-19 school updates
Keeps crashing I get notification that school has updated important information I go to open and goes to loading screen then completely shuts down app. Very frustrating. I’m on iPhone 11.

Clunkiest app on my phone
Forced to use this app by the school. The only good thing is it reduces the need for paper usage. Can’t search. Things are not marked as read (unless you use the stupid work-around in settings), takes ages to load items. Very frustrating. Sloppy dev.
Pretty useful but ...
My app says I have two unread announcements but I’ve read everything. This problem has been around for months and three or more updates and hasn’t been fixed. Also I can’t find a bug report option anywhere and other parents are having the same issue
Notifications for news lists not selected
Good app but I get notifications for news lists not set to ‘on’ under the settings.

Great communication platform, but I’m unable to send information out or copy data out of it, e.g. I want to copy information and paste it into an email to remind me, but the copy function doesn’t work, and when I use the send button, it doesn’t copy the data just a useless .pdf file.

Absent note won't work
Great app but just wasted time trying to notify school of absence through the form section clearly meant for this. However no matter how I tried to enter my phone number either landline or mobile it would not accept it and I couldn't submit. Please fix.
Feature request
Great app, really helpful. Could you a read all function to clear the notification badge? I get them via email too and sometimes read the message their. Otherwise I have to manually go in and open up each message.
Will not update
Current version will not update app. Even after deleting it and trying to download again it could 'not download at this time' very disappointing.

The schools don't have any info? I clicked on some local schools, there's nothing in the app about the schools? What does this app do? I can't seem to make it do anything?
