What's New in SH Connect • Organization-based access for Account Managers - Account Managers now have full editing rights within their own organization and read-only access to every other one. This applies across Equipment, Locations, and People — including documents, equipment and people assignments, certifications, and training. - Permissions update the moment you switch organizations, with no need to sign out and back in. • Equipment serial numbers in Inspections The equipment serial number now appears on both the Add Inspection and Inspection Details screens, so you can confirm you're inspecting the right unit when several items share a similar name. • Simplified, more secure sign-in - With multi-factor authentication now in place, the Change Password option has been removed from your Profile. Sign-in is handled entirely through secure verification. • Medication fix - Newly registered medications showed an incorrect Last Inspection date and time. The details screen now displays the correct registration timestamp. • Performance and reliability - Behind-the-scenes improvements to how the app communicates with our servers, for better stability across all modules.
