Notifications Don’t Work
The entire purpose of this app is to keep parents connected with what’s happening at school, and it fails miserably. I can find no way to turn on push notifications on my iPhone. I get email alerts for one child but not the other, even though they’re set up the same. Short of DAILY checking this thing I am constantly behind on what’s happening and it drives me nuts. No support that I can find. Utterly useless. Would give zero stars if I could.

Blank screen
Basically, my title says it all. When I open the app, all I have is a blank screen, all my kids stuff has gone!
Not working well
Awful app to use, dont get notifications, cant even see one of my kids profiles as it keeps getting bumped off. Shame the school had to spend so much money for a useless app that doesnt work half the time.

A steaming pile of garbage.
If I could score a 0, I would. This is truely one of the worst apps I have interacted with, and unfortunately am forced to use. Little to no thought has been been to user experience. It pains me to know that somewhere, someone was paid a sum of money to deliver this steaming pile of garbage. Worse yet, there is appears to be no desire to change it, despite the consistent, appalling scores and reviews
I have never written an app review ever, but felt compelled to on this occasion. For any parents out there who are forced to use this because you have a child in school - You deserve better. Brace yourself.
