Search bar doesn’t work properly
So, as an student of Don Bosco school, I have been facing serious problems with this app. So, when you search something in the search bar at the top, it will either not give you anything or give you only a few number of things. And it would be better if the announcements, homework’s, assignments, or class works would have a different section. Also, when I try to see my results or anything else on the student profile, it just says ‘access token expired!’ Without any explanation.

WORST APP EVER
I’m a student using this application. Whenever I open the app, it lags terribly and always tells me to reinstall it when I am opening the application. There are so many bugs and issues that have to be fixed. If I could I would give it 0 stars but sadly that option is not available. I requested the management to fix these issues more than a hundred times but they never cared .

Everyday app.
As parent of two toddlers this app lets you connect with the school. Gets notifications and notes easily. But as an everyday app the ui could do a much better job and there is scope for a lot of improvement. I know compatibility on ios or android,high end or lower end devices is your priority. But a neat and clean ui is something to look forward to or atleast the option to toggle with ui style would be a good option.

The school mobile application can be further improved by adding a few important features to enhance usability for both parents and students.
1. Separate Homework Menu: Homework should have a dedicated menu instead of being mixed with general notices and announcements. This will make it much easier for parents and students to locate and track homework.
2. Weekly Timetable: A weekly class timetable should be available within the application so that students can easily view their daily schedule.
3. Teacher Chat: A chat or messaging feature should be provided to enable parents to communicate with teachers whenever necessary.
Overall, the application would become much more user-friendly if these features were incorporated. For reference, the CampusCare 10x application provides these functionalities and offers a very intuitive and user-friendly experience.

Bugs in version 5.4
In ios App is abruptly closing after 5.4 update. Previously it was fine. Reinstalled app , still unable to access. Fee receipts of previous months(more than 4 months) not available

Keeps on crashing - worst app of ios
Can’t use one time without crash, if you open photos then it crashes after 4 to 5 swipes. Crashes randomly when browsing through the app but crash is guaranteed if you browse photos. It makes iPhone hang like anything.
Never came across such buggy app on ios. I hope developers look into this issue and improve, since last three years there is no improvement at all.

Worst app in the world
This is the worst app — it doesn’t even load properly. The app is clumsy and it’s hard to find the homework. We have to uninstall and reinstall it every day just to see the homework. Very bad app. It wastes our time and causes a lot of frustration. There are far better apps out there that work much more smoothly.

This app never works on my ios device
As soon as I open app gets crashed . I never get it to see the notification. So pathetic.

App doesn’t open at all
Once we register with the phone number on iPhone, and after we put the OTP, it tries to login and then it Shows invalid request. Basically the app is not working at all now on iPhone. Previous versions had no problem
Need options to message school
In your app we don’t see a messaging option to communicate back to school eigther as a feedback or as a question, parents are finding increasingly difficult to communicate with children’s school teacher or principal, even whatsapp groups are one set as way messaging
Fees activity
Using this app only for making school payments and fee, no interactive content inside the app. On iPhone fees activity menu is not working properly, showing wrong inputs in the fees details, received different amount from school but app showing different amount and some time no amount (zero amount). Need to fix this issue. Otherwise no point of using this app.

Unable to submit or join class
I am using iPhone and it was unable to submit my assignments it was rotating for 5 days still not uploading and also unable to join the class it going to a site not in meet

Unable to open
It states invalid access and try in a while. However, I kept trying since couple of weeks and until now it doesn’t work.
