SO TIME CONSUMING AND ANNOYING

The fact that I have to add my address and billing EVERY SINGLE TIME is insane. It takes forever. You save my children’s names and balances, saving my name, address and payment shouldn’t be hard EVERY OTHER APP DOES THIS

Disaster

On august 10 2023 I make $16 deposit for child lunch . $1.50 “service fee” despite being an ACH transaction . Service fees are normally for debit and credit transactions but that argument is for another day . So 2 days later $17.50 is withdrawn from my account . 5 days later they hit my account with a $1.50 service fee . Now my banking app has no record of the $17.50 transaction or even a $16 transaction . School employees are so lazy they can’t be bothered to accept cash for lunch or god forbid help kids learn to use the American currency system . On top of this I have to manage 13 different apps for my child’s school just to get him thru the day

Idiots

Whoever designed this app should get a new job. It took 23 clicks to order lunch for my kids. The new update is a bit better after an eternity of suffering.

It got even worse with the recent update.

It has always been a super inconvenient app, but they were just able to make it even worse with the most recent update. We are stuck because our school requires this app but we will advocate to switch to another app for next year.

Straight trash

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. It doesn’t save your information so every time you want to add money to your child’s account it takes forever

Our application does offer a way to setup and use a Saved Payment Source. The option is called Payments Sources located between Online Deposit History and Transaction History on the menu. You are able to create a Saved Payment Source for either ACH or Credit Card (dependent on the accepted payment type). You will be asked for the relevant Billing/Account Information during this setup. This payment source will then be available to use during subsequent deposits through our Payment Portal, on both the App and Website.

Horrible!!

It’s not hard to create an app that has to do nothing but collect money for school lunch but apparently the creators of this app didn’t know that. Worked for about 2 months then I couldn’t access it. Don’t bother. Just go back to the old school way of sending money to school in an envelope like I eventually had to do.
