Clunky
Clunky app that is not user friendly especially when you have more than one child to order for. Always having problems with it.
Simple yet so useless
I’m leaving a review for the most ridiculous, unhelpful and shockingly bad app that I’ve ever used. I’ve never had the displeasure let alone inconvenience of trying to navigate something as clunky as this. The reason for such powerful vocab is because I cannot even emotively let alone express the frustration, difficulty and annoyance of something so simple yet so difficult. There is no way to reset your username. There is a difficult process in resetting your password. You have layers on layers of incompetent coding that you need to follow through . It is just a shocker and it’s a very very simple intention. App of ordering for kids. Oh no we have offshore nonsense. Welcome to the future. Welcome to inconvenience. Welcome to shocking frustration so welcome to the school. 24 rubbish app.

Worst app ever
Omg this is the stupidest app. It keeps logging me out and even though I’ve paid money onto my account I can’t access the order page. It goes straight to an error page then logs me out again. Hate it!

We have much appreciated the School24 lunch service, wonderful scope for choice and friendly and responsive service on all occasions
Not great
I would give this a 0 star if i could i have tried to sign up with 3 different emails each time it said an activation email has been sent but after 2-3 days i still have not received an activation email and with our activation i can not login and i cannot use the same email twice to try and register again fix this glitch or have a platform where we can contact someone to help us register and activate the account!!!

I like how the app shows photos of the menu items. Please can you fix the save login details (it does not save) and update the credit card field so you don’t have to enter the data manually every time.
Absolutely terrible to use
I wish our school had of stuck with Flexischools. It doesn’t remember sign in , have to re enter card details every time , otherwise you can top up but incur the extra charges or pay the annual fee for unlimited plan ( whatever that means ) it doesn’t tell you if you choose that option will you still incur the credit card surcharge fees. No PayPal :( .
Last but not least the ordering is so tedious. Just ordered and had to keep starting a new order when trying to add something else ? It did not give me the option to go back to menu and continue the order. Meh!!!

Frustrating
Had to recently change to this app for school and it constantly logs me out and doesn’t save my password. Everytime I log in I’m having to change my password because apparently it’s wrong. I’m getting to the point that I just won’t bother anymore.

Instead of School registration ID we could type in the name of the school
1 year since last update??!!
How can anyone give this five stars?? The ‘Remember me’ function does not work on login, the username and password field does not allow for accessing saved passwords in the keychain, no face id login, no way of saving payment method (have to copy/paste card details every time I make an order). Navigation is absolutely horrendous. It had been a year since any update to this app so I assume there is little to no management happening. Please do better. If there was less than one star I would give it.

Could be better
It would be so much better if it stopped logging us out each time. As parents, we are all time poor. Short cuts would be helpful. Option to Save user name, passwords, card details, repeat orders etc. etc
Best idea!
This app has saved me so much time and made sure I’m able to organise my daughters lunches. I’m able to order her food on days where I’m running around and time poor, really cool idea!

As a parent who is time poor this app makes life so much easier. So easy to navigate and use- have not had any issues and highly recommend!
Basic App works but missing key features
Very basic app that would be so much better if…
1. The ‘save password’ function actually worked.
2. There were more payment options available like PayPal or at the very least you could save credit card details for future purchases.

Could be improved
I don’t mind the app but it doesn’t save my card details for payment. It’s annoying having to enter the details every time I pay or top up. I didn’t have this issue last year.
Perfectly functional
I read the other review about how awful the app was but they’ve definitely updated it since that was written. No issues with functionality or accessibility on my iPhone SE. Used it to order uniforms through the tuck shop.
