Totally useless app
Everything about this does not work. Lots of promise but the whole app is screwed up. Can’t even save any form of information on it.
Lots of rubbish UI
From the map/GPS view, you can’t even contact the driver with that “Type something here...” portion. That whole portion is a fake UI... 🤦🏻♂ why!!

Can’t even sign up, verification code never send to activate the sign up
Failed to meet expectations badly
App poorly designed and does not meet user requirements. Customer service/helpdesk is almost non existent. I can't help but wonder if anyone has even successfully used this app.
Still needs a lot of work
Tried to sign up as driver but the app doesn't capture the info required of the insurance as well as driver's license. Gave up

Not user friendly apps
Submitted few requests, expired without any offer, so re-submitting the request. However, got reminder about similar request exist. Try to resubmit the overdue request but apps was not responding.. less user friendly and unresponsive App.

Offered a ride but got matched with someone quite some distance away and not going to the same end point or near there.
