Doesn’t work
Just the worst app and website. It never works, I can never access anything I need and end up running around in circles with the school. This hasn’t solved any productivity problems if anything it’s created them!

It’s as if this app came out when apps first existed but it was never updated. outdated and clunky. User nav is awful and difficult.

Dialup Speed and Timeouts
Useless. Errors out and buffers constantly, and runs about as fast as AOL, 30 years ago.
Lots of potential
This looks like it could have a lot of functionality. On iOS, it seems to randomly close. I will edit the review as I have more experience with it.
Doesn’t work for IPhone 8
I downloaded this for school and it didn’t work well at all. You can see the homework for the next day and I get the email updates; but the payment center for hot lunches, tuition, etc won’t load. I uninstalled it and redownloaded it and it still wouldn’t work.

Could be good?
This app and platform is clunky, glitchy and extremely frustrating. I am obliged to use it for my sons daycare and it’s unfortunate this is the app and program they chose. The mobile site and app basically don’t work. The desktop site kind of works, but the layout makes no sense.
Helpful App
This app goes through updates which have helped me a lot. I’m definitely more organized and is always up-to-date on my child. Very helpful.

This app is very useful! Interacting with school is a lot easier and saves me time. I get notifications and reminders for my child which is so helpful.

They have everything!
SchoolCues’ is the best! They have everything a school administrator would need. I especially love their gradebook module and text alerts. In my opinion, they are the best school admin system out there.
Very convenient app for a busy parent
Our school switched to SchoolCues last year and I have been using the app since then. I found it to be very convenient and easy to use. It helps me access school information and easily respond to the school activities for both my children.

Wow. Horrible.
This app doesn’t work on my phone at all which is unfortunate since everything the school does is through this platform. Hard to find what you need. Permission form won’t allow me to type anything. Can’t use. Needs work ASAP.
Update not working
Ever since the update I can open the app after inicial log-in. It just closes immediately after pressing on app icon.
Incredibly difficult to find anything
They updated it and now it’s even more difficult to find anything. The calendar doesn’t say anything about when something is due. I used to be able to at least find out when it was my sons day to do snacks. You can touch the date and it won’t tell you anything. I had to search forever to find the notification I received about Wild Hair Day. It’s either today or Friday. Who knows? I can’t stand this app but I’m forced to use it because my sons school does. I’d delete it if not for that. I end up having to ask the teachers everything and I’m always told “it’s on SchoolCues” but I can hardly ever find it. This app is terrible and the update is even worse! I’ve never felt more disconnected from my child’s school life.
