The app enables users to: - Assess a school’s readiness to become an inclusive hub through the School Assessment e-Tool - Receive personalised action plans and welcome packs to facilitate the smooth integration of students with a migrant background - Strengthen collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents through mentoring activities - Connect with peers and exchange experiences via interactive forums - Stay informed about events, trainings, and workshops through an integrated calendar Available in nine languages (EN, PL, EL, IT, DE, SI, HR, CS, SV), the application serves as a practical and engaging digital tool for educators’ professional development, supporting the creation of more inclusive, equitable, and welcoming school environments.
