Whenever i try to login using otp this app crashes and then i have to uninstall and reinstall the app

Irradiated app with erratic behavior,shuts down by itself and don’t get opened up for iOS .

The app is really not good. The profile picture of the student is uploaded but it doesn’t gives you the access to crop or adjust the position of it.
Secondly, I registered today and it shows my child’s date of birth as today. What is this guys, crazy?
Thirdly, I received a notification from school and when I am trying to open it the app is getting crashed.
Please fix these issues and if you don’t know how to do it. Contact me. I was an iOS developer for many years.

It’s good to get information about child
This is so good where I can get all the information of child who is studying in the school like his attendance, exam, marks, homework, time table , fees paid and mainly the I can check the school bus GPS location it’s so useful.
Fee issue
Pay fee via schoolmitra app. But not paid and amount deduct from account and no refund.

iOS app not showing new bulletin on bullitin board and school says to update app but update unavailablefor iOS .look into it asap.
Not able to login
You guys are least concerned about your app. A very casual approach. It seems you are not paying properly to your iOS app developer. It has been more that a year I am trying to use this app, but no resolution of issues. It’s better to remove it from App Store.

Unable to load Student's Photograph
Hi,
As instructed by the school, I was trying to upload my ward's Photograph, but the options (EDIT)doesnt exist in iOS version of this app.
Please rectify the problem ASAP so that I would be able to do the same within the given timeline by the school.

Unuseful worst app does not work with in iPhone dirty app

The worst app… does not work in iPhone and because of that I have missed a lot of assessments and crashes too often.
