Poorly designed
Disgusting to charge monthly to play an mp3 on a poorly designed app. Just download the frequency yourself and play it off a music app

All I got was a globe, no data!
Not enough payment plan options & poor customer service
I like this app. I use it daily for meditation and sleep. However, while the app is good, I have a problem with the lack of payment plans for such a low subscription price, and the lack of customer service. Having to make pay $2.99 monthly is frustrating because it’s easy to overlook. I could easily pay $36.00 a year, or even $72.00 for 2 years. I have attempted to contact the company via email, but have yet to hear back from them. So, the knocking of the two stars are for those two reasons mentioned herein. Otherwise, it is a good app.

Conflicting $$ info
When starting this app for the first time, it told me I could have a 3-day free trial but would be 2.99$ PER MONTH thereafter. I signed up for the sake of trying the app, but then upon closing the payment it gave me the sob story of “we want to keep this app free” so advertising is included, and indeed, though I signed up for the paid subscription because I was led to believe it was only available to use by subs, I still got ads. Whatever. The app didn’t appear very unique or good so I deleted it and canceled my “free” trial.

Love it!!
I love all the sounds I get to choose from this app to help me meditate, relax, sleep or just zone out for a bit. I love the timer option as well.
No sound
I loaded the program on my iPad Pro and all I get is a globe. No sound, no interface, just a globe.
