Terrible product & customer service.
Absolutely Terrible Quality and Customer Service!
I cannot believe I spent $158 on these shoes. The heels literally fell apart on the first wear! I waited days for this product, expecting the high-quality craftsmanship that SCHUTZ claims to offer, and this is what I get? Complete disappointment.
To make matters worse, customer service does not seem to care at all about this issue. I paid a premium price expecting a durable, stylish product, and instead I got a cheap, fragile mess. Never again. This is unacceptable.

Zero Customer Service!
This is my first time ordering directly from Schutz instead of going through Nordstrom. First, โCustomer Serviceโ
routinely fails to answer their phone.
Second, I called the Brooklyn store bc my email had crashed and I needed the order number for my too-tight shoes as well as a mailing label I never recโd due to loss of 3 weeks of email. The manager tried really hard to help but had no idea how to get a shipping label to me because I had already started return online. Several phone calls later I gave up and decided to keep shoes and have them stretched so as not to lose $189.00!!! Pathetic!

Poor Customer Service
I love, love, love the silhouette of Schutz footwear, but their lack of customer service is unbelievable. This was my first time ordering directly from Schutz, and honestly, it has been the worst retail experience Iโve ever had.
Hereโs why: I created an account on their website and ordered a pair of boots. Then I was prompted to log into their appโbut the app wouldnโt accept the password I had just created, so I had to create a new one. I ordered a second pair of boots through the app, and when I went back to the website to check the status of my first order, it automatically forwarded me to the app and logged me in.
For the life of me,I still cannot locate my first order from the website. Iโve emailed Schutz and am still waiting on a response. Their app shows the second order as โfulfilled,โ yet I have no tracking number, no email confirmation, nothing.
At this point, I canโt see myself ordering from them again. Iโm so disappointed.

Shopping Cart Always Empty
This app works poorly. Itโs always kicking me out and bringing me back to the home page, and my shopping cart is always empty even after adding items. Why offer an app-exclusive discount when customers canโt even purchase from the app? So aggravating!
Broken app
I canโt do anything on the app due to being kicked out.. Also the back in stock is never really back in stock
