Various Bug Issues
App crashes and closes down automatically whenever its opened and new releases are not visible it always says “ tap to retry”, highly recommend manually attending and getting your tickets or more information rather than trying through the app.

I have been trying to log in to this app since last night .. BT I can’t receive the otp . When I click for new otp . It says that it’s sent . But still don’t receive it . I have tried with different phone nd using different numbers too . It is still not working for me

Not at all useful
Gets abysmally slow whenever the new schedule gets released. Takes atleast 30-50 minutes to make a booking when this happens. Once had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes because the app wouldn’t load. Not able to make payment online so have to travel to hulhumale the day before the movie to get tickets anyways. Defeats the purpose of the app honestly. We have taken to just driving to the cinema the day before we plan to watch the movie because there’s usually cancel tickets available soooo

Works and now with OL payments
The app works intuitively enough but the best part is the inclusion of online payments using the BML Payment Gateway. There are some visual adjustments that the devs need to make, including ones in the booking confirmation page, and I wish you’d include a way to delete or cancel unpaid bookings.

Tried to pay through the new online payment system for 02 tickets but automatically deducted payment for only 1 ticket however through the app its show paid for 2 tickets

Doesn’t work
It says token sent, but I haven’t received any tokens, and am still unable to login to this app.
