It lets you set photo widgets and wallpaper for a cool looking home screen. If you aren't seeing the images, perhaps you didn't grant the permission to add to images? Please open your phone settings -> Apps -> Sci-Fi Themes -> and be sure it is allowed to add photos, and cellular data. *Maybe try it again now that it's had a massive update. Now includes icon packs and a clock widget and many more materials.

Unfortunately, I can't use my app widget to open like the calendar app. For that kind of functionality, you would need an Android which is less restrictive. I'm doing the best I can to bring customization to iOS with the limited tools Apple allows. Please rate based on what's possible for 3rd-party developers. *It is updated now. Please try it. It now includes a Clock/Date widget, icon packs, and a lot more materials. I hope it earns the 5th star. *iOS now has large mode which will hide the widget name.

Best Sci-Fi Themes Wallpapers + Image Widget – A Must-Have!
Before purchasing, I read the app description carefully, so I knew exactly what to expect. I was not disappointed —high-quality sci-fi and futuristic wallpapers with a seamless widget experience. While nothing is animated (yet!), the static designs are so immersive that they bring my iPhone to life as if it were a piece of 24th-century technology.
The wallpapers are vibrant, ultra-detailed, and perfectly optimized for all screen sizes, ensuring no distortion or pixelation. The image widget feature is a fantastic touch, allowing me to customize my home screen with sci-fi visuals that match my chosen aesthetic.

No problem making a widget though.
Cool idea, functionality bricked for 18.2 so far
Also, wallpapers are slightly off on iPhone 16 pro max

If this was a free release then I wouldn't complain about it but it isn't. I do see the developer responding to reviews and if this is fixed I will update to reflect it. Other than alignment I would love the app.

I recently made a category for iPhone 15 for ones that require specific alignment other than iPhone 10+ or universal. Please send me a screenshot of any wallpapers you want to use that aren't lining up to trektheme@gmail.com as seen applied to your home screen or lock screen and let me know if you have your screen/font settings at default or set larger/smaller. *It is updated now. Please try it. It now includes a Clock/Date widget, icon packs, and a lot more materials. I hope it earns 5 stars now.

Yes, it is a huge collection of home screen and lock screen wallpapers aligned for all Apple devices, but it also has widgets to give it more design options and layouts. *It's best if used in tandem with my icons app and other widget apps.

Thank you! I broke the wallpapers into specialty categories depending on screen size, and then there is a category that should fit almost any. There are just a few for specialty ones. I'm not sure how you think horizontal and vertical wallpapers work as one. Can you explain and show an example? Please send screenshots of wallpapers applied that you want, and if the alignment isn't right, I can help and maybe update the app with new categories for your size. Please send that and write to trektheme@gmail.com and I'm sure I can satisfy what you wanted from this app. *It is updated now. Please try it. Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work on iPad, can’t use the arrow button to download anything. Cant recommend this app no matter how cool it looks.

What were you expecting included? It has all of the wallpaper and widgets it says it has. For wallpapers not fitting your screen, be sure you're looking in the correct category for your device and that you pinch-zoomed in and out for a god fit and not the system default crop. If there is an alignment issue depending on how you set your screen/font size, write to trektheme@gmail.com with a screenshot of the wallpapers you want to use set to your screen and I'll edit them custom for you. *The name is different, but if that was you I just made the wallpapers for and created the iPad 9thGen special category for, please don't forget to update this review. *It is updated now.
