SCI Verification

SCI Verification is a field-data app for supply-chain audit schemes operated by Supply Chain In-Sites Ltd. It is intended for approved field workers — deer stalkers, farmers, inspectors and auditors — who need to capture compliance evidence on-site and submit it for verification. The app supports the British Quality Wild Venison (BQWV) deer-stalking scheme, low-carbon-rice farming, food-safety bakery audits, and other multi-step verification programmes. Field workers use the app to: • Submit kill entries (deer stalking) — species, location, ammunition, tagging, processor handoff, weight • Log transport — vehicle, journey, chiller temperature, loading photos • Record storage inspections — facility hygiene, certificates, structure • Complete risk-management records — HACCP, COSHH, Health & Safety • Capture photos with GPS and timestamps for tamper-evident evidence • Work offline in remote areas — submissions sync automatically when signal returns • Chat with the verification team in real time • Manage their own profile, certifications and documents • Export or delete their data at any time (full GDPR rights) Access is by invitation only. Field workers register with their phone number, complete a profile, and wait for an administrator to approve them before they can submit data. The app is not a public consumer product — there is no sign-up flow that bypasses scheme approval. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with photo SHA-256 checksums to detect tampering. Authentication uses one-time passcodes via SMS plus optional Face ID / fingerprint.
