Web based version
I only have a work phone which restricts me from many apps. Therefore I do everything else on my laptop. Unfortunately you don’t have a windows or web based version so I’m no longer able to use the App. It’s the only application I want that presents this issue, so I’d need to get another mobile just to use it!

I have a notification to arrange a delivery. I have tried to do this, but it has failed. Now there is not an option to arrange the delivery?
Daily change
I think that the app really helps with my meditation experience, but unless I open the app every morning and change the time of my first meditation reminder I does not remind me at all??

A bit clunky at times but generally a good app. Sciensus are also very good and friendly when contacted
Forces updating
Forces update every time you open it if there’s a newer version. If you don’t have enough data or storage on your phone to install the app over and over, you won’t be able to reschedule your medication deliveries.
Late delivery
This app doesn’t work when you deliver it late.You should have delivered on the 29/5/26.For injection day on th 5/6/26.But didn’t deliver until the 10/6/26 and i injected on the 11/6/26.but trying to set new delivery date is hard work ?🤯

This app has been amazing keeping me up to date with my mums medications and when and where to give them and also ordering the meds it’s so easy and my mum is much better on this medication too.. thank you!

Within minutes of receiving the medication I’m getting both emails and text messages telling me to arrange next months delivery and if I don’t do so then I might not get a delivery.
It’s not always convenient to re-order as I don’t always know what other appointments etc might come up.
It was better when deliveries were three monthly as I now am stuck at home waiting for the medication to arrive instead of being out on a regular lunch date with my friends who for various reasons can not change their free days.

Tracking
In all the years I have been taking methotrexate, I’m trying to track my delivery, I have never succeeded. It always says, that you are on drop one I am drop 23 or 24, and that’s the total sum of information given. You can’t actually track it. Until you’re informed that you are the next drop.
Won’t open
App crashes every time you attempt to login. Stuck in a loop of entering email address and being redirected online.
Home visit
No option to ensure a home visit will take place where I need it and where i will be . I won’t be at my home due to an operation recovery and temporary address
Awful
This is an awful app and company. If you have the option I recommend you ask your doctor to find somebody else. They will let you go for months without your medication due to their ridiculous delivery rules, and the app provides no clarity whatsoever. Should be zero stars.
